Mid 20th Century Collinson Rocking Horse W419

A medium size wooden childs rocking horse. Made by the Collinson company, who began making horses in Liverpool in 1836, this is their classic dapple grey on a square section stand. It is largely unrestored, showing its history of use where the surface has been knocked, exposing the carved wood, yet is also in cared for condition with bright colours and its original saddle (missing the stirrups)
