19th Century Treen /Turned Wood Spice Tower

Mid 19th century stacking Spice Tower. The perfect way to keep precious spices to hand, these boxes were made in Tunbridge, Kent, and usually turned from sycamore. Finely turned, this box has 3 sections. The printed labels are straight, with a border, and one label is virtually all missing. The box is in very good condition, no cracks, with an original surface. Circa 1840
