19th Century French Childs Chair W331

Late 19th century French country rush seated child's chair. Made from fruitwood, the frame, including the back rail, is carved, in beautiful proportion to the scale of the chair. The vase shaped back splat is very elegant. Lovely original condition, including the rushing. Circa 1880
