Vintage Mobo Metal Childs Horse. T827

Riding into town to give pleasure to all kids, big and small, is this 1950's MOBO Bronco. Made in Kent, England, by D.Sebel & Co, it is of pressed metal.
Sebel's began as a metal working firm in the 1920's making wheels, carts, architectural items, tank parts, etc. After the 2nd World War, they were inspired to make the MOBO Bronco, a toy horse that moved along on wheels when the pedals were pushed down and released. In the 1950's came the steerable version by pushing down on one pedal, the horse turned in that direction.
The horse you see here is steerable. It is unrestored but in very good condition, has aged well with an attractive surface.
Height 76cm (30")
