17th Century Oak Court Cupboard

A small antique oak Court Cupboard from the 17th century. It is panelled and pegged throughout, and made in 2 sections. The recessed top cupboard features an arched panel between 2 small doors. A single door opens onto the lower cupboard. The excellent warm oak colour and surface is given further interest by the light flecks (called medullary rays) that is sometimes found in antique oak. Circa 1680.
