19th Century Narrow Mahogany Table
This small trestle-style table is made of quality mahogany and has a myriad of uses. The rectangular top sits on 2 narrow tapered supports that are united and strengthened by a cross stretcher. A simple inscribed line decoration on all the base sections enhances the linear style of the table.
Note that the top does not reach the wall at the back we think this lends an elegance to the table.

Although the table does not dismantle for storage/transportation, the stretchers and feet are held in place by brass bolts in our opinion, this was designed to keep the table rigid by tightening the bolts. An interesting piece.
