19th Century Papier-mâché Bread Tray
Large boat-shaped tray, made of papier-mâché. It has a high polish black lacquer finish with bands of gilt decoration to the interior edge and base. With one small bit of damage to the edge, and crazing to the surface of the base, the condition is actually very good for an item of papier-mâché.
